“Must be all the gummy worms.”
He smiles, looking at me between my knees, then shakes his head, going back down on me. I bask in the moment, the craziness that it is. A man I just met is licking me up and down, making me squirm in the most delicious way. The ocean in front of us, a wild, untamed jungle behind us.
I exhale, blissed out as he adds a finger to my center, opening me up and making my knees quiver as he begins to move against me, making me wetter than I ever have been before.
“Oh, God,” I whimper as he adds another finger, my pussy juicy as he fucks me with his hand.
“You’re dripping for me, baby,” he says, licking it all up, his beard tickling my inner thighs, his mouth relentless as he sucks my clit.
“I’ve never come–” I moan again as he keeps working me nice and wide. And I know I need it if I want his massive cock to fit inside. God, do I ever. I want this barbarian to make my pussy weep and my shoulders shake – I want him to make me scream as an orgasm winds through me and – oh God. Yes. That orgasm is here. “Flint,” I cry. “Oh, yes, yes, ohhh.”
My heart pounds as he gets me off. I thought I was already in paradise but this – right here, under this lean-to – is next-level.
“You’re a squirter,” he tells me, his fingers deep within my cunt, and I see my juice hitting his chest as he kneels before me, his hands on my ankles, lifting my feet in the air. “Look at that virgin pussy,” he groans. “So ripe, so ready.”
“Show me,” I beg him. “Show me how ready I am.”

Flint
Everything about Fancy turns me on, and as she lies on her back, open, able and willing, my cock pulses with desire.
Who gets lucky like this? The woman of their dreams falling into their arms?
I won’t second-guess it any further – I am here for whatever the Universe wants to give me.
God knows the first eighteen years of my life were hell on earth. Might as well accept the good things that come my way now.
And Fancy is a good thing. The best fucking thing.
Her body is perfection; her tits are big and round, her ass nice and juicy, her pussy pink and wet, her eyes so full of want it makes me nearly lose my load before I’ve even sunk inside her sweet canal.
“Don’t make me wait any longer,” she whispers as I begin to ease myself inside her.
“Fuck, you feel so good.”
She smiles, an intelligence in her eyes that tells me she knows exactly what she is getting. A real man. A real cave man, devoted to her.
“Oh, Flint,” she moans, “you’re so…”
I grin before kissing her. “So what?”
“So everything.”
I blow hot air in her ear as I fill her up, inch by inch, wrapping this sweet thing in my arms, thanking my lucky stars to have her here at all. It’s been a long time of waiting and wanting – and now, fuck. “I’m going to come so fast,” I tell her.
“No worries,” she sighs contently. “You said we have all the time in the world, right?”
Her body seems to melt against mine, and we roll in pleasure, moving as one. I groan as her tight pussy walls clench around my shaft, teasing me with her pure innocence, her untouched hole now filled by me.
She begins to whimper with pleasure as I fill her all the way up to the brim, and she is panting loudly, crying out in delight, full in a way she never imagined she could be. Entirely.
We come together, in a way that feels written in the stars, and she holds onto me so tight as her body experiences the ride of her whole damn life.
“Fuck,” I groan, coming inside her sweet cunt the way she needs, the way I want. And when I finish I wrap her up in my arms, swearing to God I’ll always protect her.
She’s catching her breath. We’re hot and sweaty and exhausted in the best possible way.
“Thirsty?” I ask and she nods, smiling.
“Wait, let’s drink this,” she says, pulling out two cans of sparkling wine.
“You want to drink that on day one? You might regret it a year or two from now.”
She shakes her head. “No. This feels celebratory. Like the start of something… wild.”
She hands me a can and we pop the tops. I touch my can to hers. “To Fancy falling into my arms.”
She smiles, the sun setting behind her, the warm air surrounding us, the ocean waves a constant roar reminding us that this is real – this is no daydream.
We drink our wine, naked and blissed out.
“This is the best day of my whole fucking life,” I admit.
Fancy smiles. “I feel that way too. I mean, the best and the worst. No offense.”
“None taken.” I take another drink, the sweet bubbles exploding in my mouth. “I remember in the first months here, I thought I was going to lose my mind, I was so alone.”
“You said when you came here you didn’t have any family to lose. What happened?” she asks.
I lean back, looking for the right words. “Never knew my father, my mom split town when I was two, and I stayed with my aunt for a while before drugs got the best of her. Was in foster care, too, growing up. I know how bad it is.”
I meet Fancy’s eyes, seeing a part of her I know she doesn’t show many people.
“I’m sorry,” she says, taking my hand.
“What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, right?”
She smiles softly. “Something like that.”
“Your friend, Summer, she gonna be okay without you?”
Fancy shakes her head, tears in the corners of her eyes. “In high school I had a teacher who really pushed me to apply for college scholarships. I got them, but Summer, it wasn’t her thing. Still, she moved with me to school, and we got an apartment together. Leaving for Mexico was the biggest thing I’ve ever done without her. We talked nearly every day. And I was supposed to go home in a month for her twenty-fifth birthday.”
“Why were you in Mexico?” I ask.
“I was here for a dig, and we made a discovery. There was a discovery. An Ankylosaurus skeleton, fully intact, buried an hour from here that’s death was dated a million years after it’s known ancestors.”
“No shit!” My eyes widen. “That’s crazy.”
“I’m in grad school and to even get invited on for the dig felt like a dream. Like, why did I get so lucky?”
“How much longer did you have until you got your master’s?”
“A year, but I want to get my PhD – only…” She looks off in the distance as a giant armadillo lazily walks from the forest down to the beach. “I guess that’s not happening.”
“I’m sorry,” I say, seeing her eyes darken, the weight of everything beginning to really set in. “Hey, I’ll make a fire, okay? Then you can tell me all about this dino you found.”

Fancy
After an incredible whirlwind of a day, I find myself coming down from the high, hard. Flint senses it and gives me space. We eat fish he caught earlier, and while it’s tasty, I don’t have much of an appetite He shows me around camp, shares his water stash, and promises to show me the watering hole tomorrow.
“Let me show you where I sleep,” he offers, taking my backpack and my hand. “You take the torch.”
The cave has a narrow opening, and you have to slide sideways to get in. “I can see why you sleep in here,” I tell him, the fire from the torch lighting up the large, cavernous space. There is a firepit in the corner that’s gone out, and he takes some wood from a pile, lighting it with the flame from the torch.
There is a bed made up, and his belongings on a wooden shelf.
“I can make you a dresser too,” he says, pointing to it. “And the bed is big, but if you want me to sleep somewhere else I can.”
I shake my head. “No way. We’re sleeping together.” I feel my cheeks go bright red, and I awkwardly fumble. “I mean, we can rest and, well, other things too. If you want.”
“If I want?” Flint steps closer, kiss
ing my cheek. “I want you to be happy.”
“Thank you,” I say. “For being here.”
“You ready for bed?” he asks.
I exhale, running my hands through my hair. I don’t have a brush or comb, no moisturizer or toothbrush. Nothing. I may have been an paleontologist living at a dig site until today, but I am still used to some creature comforts.
Flint squeezes my hand. “I’ll whittle you a comb tomorrow.”
“You’re a mind reader too?”
He shrugs. “I get it. All the items you’ve considered necessities are gone.”
“How did you get over the fact you didn’t have moisturizer? Or sunscreen?”
“I’m a man,” he says, running his hands through my hair, leaning in so our foreheads touch. “But I realize I might need to work on sprucing up this place to make it more comfortable for a woman. Maybe make you a sink and shower.”
I smile. “I’m not usually so high-maintenance.”
Flint wraps an arm around me, drawing me to his bed. “I figured you must be high-maintenance in some ways with a name like Fancy.”
I shake my head, letting myself get lost in his body. “I have no idea why my mother gave me that name – it’s the opposite of who I am. Heck, I dig in dirt for a living.” Flint kisses my collarbone, then moves lower. I whimper in delight. “Though I get why you’re named Flint. You are a literal fire starter.”
He grins, his eyes lifting, landing on mine. “You’re burning up, that what you’re saying?”
I moan helplessly as he teases my clit with his fingers. “Oh God, that is exactly what I’m saying.”
In the morning, I have the pleasure of watching the sun rise with the man who gave me the best night of my life. Who knew losing my virginity to a man who hasn’t showered in years could be so damn hot?
“After we eat, why don’t I show you the lagoon where I bathe?” he suggests.
“Sounds great.” My body is slick and sweaty from last night. Thinking about the way Flint explored me up and down has my pussy clenching all over again.
“I’m going to get us a fish from the ocean,” he says. “You want to stay here at the fire or come with?”
“I’ll stay here,” I say, stretching my arms overhead and nursing the cup of tea Flint made me. It is a rose petal tea that is delicate and refreshing. I know if Summer were here, she would have so many ideas on how to use plants, roots, and flowering vines.
My stomach growls and I remember the trail mix I packed. I head into the cave to search through my backpack. Smiling, I grab the bag of cashews and chocolate chips, thinking how it will be a great treat for Flint.
In the cave, my eye lands on a shiny object in the corner, nestled in a piece of fur. I must have been too distracted with Flint in here to notice it before. I kneel before it, picking it up, mesmerized.
An amber-coated egg. Not just any egg. A special egg that is millions of years older than everything else here.
It’s clean and placed in the corner with care.
I drop the trail mix, transfixed.
Outside, I run toward Flint, who is walking back to the camp with a fishing spear raised over his shoulder, a large, yellow striped fish on its end. He grins. “Breakfast!”
“Forget breakfast, Flint, why didn’t you tell me you had a dinosaur egg?”
8
Flint
Her eyes are wild with excitement, and I knew this woman was captivated by the idea of time travel, but this egg is next-level. She can’t contain herself.
“It’s a dinosaur egg, Flint. Like, an actual one. And it’s been amberized, which means–”
“I know what it means, Fancy. It means if you figure out a way to melt off that amber, you’re gonna get yourself a baby dino.”
“Right,” she says, breathless, and I pull the fish off the spear and begin to fillet it on the wooden table I built near the fire. “Which means I wouldn’t just be studying dinosaurs that lived millions of years ago, I would be actually encountering them.”
I lift my eyebrows, shaking my head. “I thought you were special, didn’t realize you were crazy.”
She runs her hand over the egg, cradling it like it’s a damn baby. “I’m not crazy, I’m ecstatic.”
“You realize a dinosaur being on this beach is pretty much end of story for us?”
“But then we would have lived to see a dinosaur. I mean, think of it. I wonder what kind this is.”
“Well, we aren’t going to find out,” I say, wrapping the fish in banana leaves and placing them in the fire’s ash. “First of all, the fire won’t melt that amber. You’d need a furnace to do that level of damage. And secondly, I’m not going to spend my last breath looking up at the raging mouth of a T. rex.”
“You won’t even consider it? I mean, the odds of this being a T. rex are incredibly slim. This region wasn’t known for that species–”
I cut her off. “Listen, it’s not happening. I don’t want to die even if it seems kind of cool to see a dinosaur.”
She presses her lips together, thinking. Holding that egg in her hand like it’s the most precious thing. I think it’s more like a grenade.
“Why do you have this egg then,” she asks, “if you weren’t hoping to hatch it?”
I slice off the top of a coconut, handing it to her. “Look, when I fell through that cave, I landed on my ass, thought I was going to faint. Freaked the fuck out, right? Well, I stopped to drink some water and what did I find? That egg. It looked like it was glowing, waiting for me. I figured it was a talisman or something because I’ve never been attacked since living here, and what are the odds of that? It’s like my good luck charm. So before I go hunt in the jungle, or need to deal with a hungry predator getting too close for comfort, I rub this egg for good luck. Works like a charm every time. This egg and me, we’ve gotten through shit together.”
She smiles. “See, it was fate. This is all fate. We were brought here for a reason, Flint. For this dinosaur.”
“If we’re talking fate – let’s talk you and me. That feels like destiny. I need you, Fancy, in a way I’ve never needed anyone. And I’ve known you less than a damn day.”
“If that’s true, then you’ll help me with this egg.” She kisses it, like it’s her damn baby.
“That feels like an ultimatum,” I tell her, reaching for the fish. I open the leaves, then squeeze the juice of a fresh lime over the fillets. I hand her one of them, and tell her to dig in.
“I lost my appetite.”
I grunt. “You messing with me here, or are you really gonna throw a fit for not getting your way?”
She scoffs, more than irritated. Holding the egg in her arm protectively. “Are you kidding me? Why do you get to make the calls? Just because you’re the man?”
“No, because what you’re thinking is a death sentence. If you want a baby so bad, I’ll make one with you. Don’t need to hatch a monster to get that sorted.”
She drops her jaw open. “I’m not going to have your baby, we just met!”
I smirk. “Not what you said last night.”
I probably crossed the line there, but her ideas are making me crazy.
She walks over to the cave, slipping inside, and I decide to sit here and eat my fish to give her some space. It’s been a lot of adjustment and clearly the time travel has messed with her head.
An hour or so later, she emerges from the cave with a sling around her torso. For a moment I think she’s hurt herself, then I realize it’s for the egg.
“You can make fun of me if you want,” she says, shrugging and munching on a bag of trail mix. My mouth waters as I read the label.
Cashews, Chocolate and Cherries.
“Did you name it?” I ask, twisting my lips. This woman is bananas, but I don’t want to upset her. She is my lifeline, and I like her way more than I think she’s bonkers. She hands me the trail mix. “Actually, I thought we could name it together.”
I try not to laugh, and reach into the bag, savo
ring the morsels as I drop them into my mouth. “Seriously? You want me to help you name a million-year-old egg?”
“Gosh, you could have a better attitude. I thought it would be fun, you know how the paleontologists who make discoveries get to name them after themselves? I thought we could too. And it’s way more than a million years old.”
“Are you going to keep carrying it around?”
She nods solemnly. “I took a bit to think about it, and you are probably right.” She frowns. “Hatching this egg is risky. And it’s dangerous enough just living in the Stone Age, no need to amplify the risk. However, it does feel special, having it. And it has protected you. So, maybe you can let me marvel at the magic of this discovery a bit longer? It makes me feel less lonely, having it strapped to me.”
“You didn’t seem too lonely last night.”
She rolls her eyes, but laughs. “Fair point.” She takes the trail mix back and eats some more. “So, two things need to happen next – name the baby and take me to this lagoon.”

Fancy
Carrying an egg that’s sixty million years old in a sling across my body might seem crazy, but for some reason it feels like the only option. The moment my eyes landed on it, I felt a connection to this unhatched dinosaur.
I know Flint must think I've gone off my rocker, and considering we just met, I wouldn't be surprised if he considers me completely batshit crazy. But instead of telling me to find my own cave, he’s playing along with my demands.
He packs us a bag for the lagoon and I slip my hand into his as we walk down the well-worn path he's created.
"Thank you," I say.
"For what?" he asks, looking over at me.
I run my hand over the shell of the egg. "For not telling me to make my own camp somewhere else after I–" I stop, not sure what words to use.
He fills in the blank. "After deciding you were the mama to this baby?"
